Recipe: Stir-Fried Bok Choy, Daikon, Crisp Tofu

I am always looking for something new to do with all the bok choy we get in the CSA and came across this recipe from Mark Bittman http://markbittman.com/stir-fried-bok-choy-daikon-crisp-tofu/. I tried it out last night and used the regular radishes from the CSA inside of daikon, and it was delicious and easy.
